We offer trackable Australia wide shipping. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

These delivery time frames for regular mail via Australia Post.

If you choose Express post delivery it will be a shorter time frame providing you live within the express post network.

Australia post delivery times may have slight delays caused by public holidays, peak delivery seasons such as Christmas or unexpected weather events such as flooding or bush fires.

Processing time

The order processing normally takes 24 hours, but might take up to 2 weeks with certain products as we don’t keep large amounts of stock to ensure the product you receive is fresh and of the highest quality. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Delays

Some of our products such as Body Scrubs have a life span and we prefer you to enjoy the quality you deserve.  In these occasions because we make your order just for you, the delivery time can be up to 2 weeks.  We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

Every order shipped has trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES INFORMATION:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

  • Full priced items may be returned for refund or store credit. Please send back the item and email us to let us know. We will send you a the correct address for the return item.  Please contact us at contact@moolicioussoapsandcandles.com.au for more information before you return the item
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT DATE.
  • Items marked down in price:
  • Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a store credit.
  • If purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecomm store credit.
  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for return or credit.
  • Our products have a 30 day guaranteed. Please contact us at contact@moolicioussoapsandcandles.com.au for more information before you arrange repairs.
  • If there is a fault with the item or you received a incorrect item we will ship to you a replacement at no additional charge.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item
  • Gift cards are not eligible under our refund policy.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on any of our products.
